Holy Spirit Catholic School Division warmly welcomes children from all faith backgrounds, and children with no religious affiliations. Visit our website to learn more about what you can expect in a Catholic school.

Current Active Family Registration

Families who currently have students attending Holy Spirit Catholic School Division should expect an email starting the week of February 2, 2026 asking that the online Registration Update Form be completed for each child who will be attending during the 2026 - 2027 school year.

This pre-populated update allows us to comply with Alberta Education requirements and ensures student information is accurate, legal declarations, preferences and consents are renewed. It also allows our schools to plan for the upcoming school year.

Need to register a younger sibling?
Parents/guardians who are hoping to register younger siblings new to the division will have the opportunity to submit a "New Student Registration Form" at the same time that they are re-registering older students.

Students transitioning grades
Students transitioning from elementary to junior high, or junior high to high school, will have their designated school assigned to them in the "Registration Update Form."

Ensure that you are filling in the correct form
Please complete the assigned:

  • "2026-2027 K-12 Registration Update Form" OR
